Position: Sales & Marketing Manager - Iasi

SC EXTROME SRL is an international Textile Company, located in Romania, Iasi County. Extrome is a part of Extended Traders, a production company with Head office in Amsterdam.  The Chinese office of Extended Traders, in Nanjng China, buys our fabrics, checks them for quality. The local management is responsible for the daily management, under the supervision of the head office in the Netherlands. We are a team of merchandisers and engineers busy with buyings, following the orders from the clients, placing orders and doing quality control, at different factories in EU and NON EU. We are in contact with our own factory in Moldavian Republic, but also with the sister company located in China. Our factory produces ladieswear, menswear, kidswear, active wear...etc. Our creative team translates styling trends from the catwalk into commercial collections in record time. Thanks to the vertical integration of our international subsidiaries, we produce and deliver swiftly, flexibly and carefully to our European customers.

Job description:

•  Monitor market developments and search for new business possibilities with potential and current customers
• Initiates, develops and maintains good customer relationships
•  Achievement of regional sales plans and objectives
• Follow up on receivables from customers
•  Amount of travelling 50 % of time across designated region (requires time flexibility) 

 Canditate:

• Open minded and strong interest and drive to identify/create and meet  potential clients
• Perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously 
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Textiles,Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion 
• Textile background and market knowledge will be a plus
• Good command of English;
• Willing to travel frequently in the designated area (clean driving license is mandatory);
•  Located in  Iasi County

•  Person who is willing to travel to garment-exhibitions, in order to find clients in textiles domain

- Realizarea consumului de tesaturi si accesorii necesare;
