RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main task to provide support for the back office operations
• Receiving and processing the orders from customer
• Confirmation of the orders and deliveries to the customer
• Organizing the deliveries to the customers
• Managing and solving in a professional manner the customer complaints
• Keeping permanent contact with allocated customer
• Continuous improvement of the processes
• Ensuring the communication between the customers and other departments within the company
• Issuing the periodical reports
• Maintaining and periodically updating the customer database and other file information
