Responsibilities:

• oversee the department’s production process, drawing up and adjusting the production schedule as needed;
• ensure that the production meets the quality, costs and planned volumes expectations;
• organize the proper and efficient use of the available resources;
• implement the company's standards, procedures, policies and goals;
• ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• estimate costs and contribute to the budget planning;
• supervise, motivate and evaluate the performance of the production team;
• identify the production team’s training needs;
• prepare production reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to textiles or process engineering
• At least 5 years experience in the field of production area
• Understanding of the features, design, construction and components of textiles
• Basic knowledge in fibers, polymer sciences, chemicals and machinery (as applicable)
