RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: • Being responsible for airbag cushion sewing production process introduction; • Offering support of running production processes from technical performance point of view; • Resolving production issues relative to tooling management, quality, throughput, capacity planning and monitoring; • Coordinating and planning new project launches; • Providing the technical support for the production capacity, productivity and quality improvements in order to meet the customer requirements; • Performing management of all assigned customer programs including CEA submission, CAPEX management, capacity planning, on-time delivery of all program milestones; • Monitoring and performing control of running production processes from technical performance point of view; • Assisting in developing equipment/station layouts considering direct labor manning/costs, efficient material flow and handling, product quality and safety; • Being the interface and work with Program Managers, Product Engineer, Designer, Quality, Logistic, Production and supply management functions in a team-oriented environment; • Assuring material availability for the first trials and first samples to the customers, coordinate the production, measurement and shipment of the first samples, contribute to the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) package preparation; • Assisting manufacturing operations to identify, to justify and implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes and procedures to improve product quality, process yields and throughput. • Identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities along with process efficiency improvements.

Group Process Engineer Raw Materials

Responsibilities:

•                     Coordination and follow-up of the validation process of raw materials [testing current and new raw materials in the laboratory, internal and external, working with the new product development team from Belgium (iDC), testing raw materials when they are first introduced in production (industrial testing)]

•                     Keeping record of all samples of raw materials, technical documents and specifications, testing results, procedures for testing and validation, instructions related to raw materials and to their processing in our plants

•                     Communicating all relevant information regarding the testing/validation of raw materials inside  the group. Will work and be the interlocutor of several production sites.

•                     Managing the group supplier quality complaints for raw materials

Profile:

•                     Textile engineer diploma (graduate) is a must

•                     2-3 years of working experience in a textile plant  (preferably working for automotive), good understanding of production process, ability to be inquisitive

•                     Fluent English speaking and writing

•                     Good command of Ms Excel
