Constructor de tipare - Urziceni

Buna ziua,

Numele meu este Aura Tatler, sunt Manager Resurse Umane in cadrul firmei ALISON HAYES ROMANIA.

Firma ALISON HAYES ROMANIA se ocupa cu designul, confectionarea mostrelor si productia de haine de dama destinate exclusiv pietei din Marea Britanie.

In acest moment cautam, pentru Centrul De Design care este situat in Urziceni, un constructor de tipare.

Am luat adresa dvs de e-mail de pe internet, am vazut ca sunteti fondatorul Asociatiei Absolventilor Facultatii de Textile – Pielarie din Iasi.

In cazul in care cunoasteti absolventi ai facultatii de textile care doresc sa lucreze in cadrul unei firme mari, cu potential, va rog sa ii directionati inspre noi.

Ca pozitie in organigrama, constructorul de tipare face parte din Centrul de Design, care se ocupa cu constructia de tipare si confectionarea primei mostre. Centrul de Design are aproape 100 de parsoane, ingineri, tehnicieni, etc si este locat in Urziceni.  Pozitia de Cosntructor Tipare raporteaza la First Sample Development Manager.

Job specification:

1.       Education Level ( Qualifications) – Graduate of the Textile University in either Iasi or Sibiu – essential ; fashion degree – it’s desirable ; goods command of English language – essential; English degree- desirable

2.       Experience – at least 5 years of pattern cutter experience in ladies clothing, with both woven and non woven garments. Competent experience of working with Design and Technical terms. Experience in working with CAD in Gerber/ Lectra / Gemini or similar ( Alison Hayes works in Assyst); Experience of communicating/ working in English in an work environment .  Genuine understanding of the entire product development process from idea to finished garment. It’s highly advantageous if the person have worked with non- stable fabrics and draping.

3.       Knowledge / Aptitudes – Excellent knowledge of garment construction. Highly methodical and accurate. Highly organised with good prioritisation skills to set deadlines. Excellent problem solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail , especially when following design specifications. Clear concise communication skills , both written and oral ( English). Ability to liaise with other departments. Quick learner. Creative when producing patterns from sketches. Able to make accurate notes relating to pattern alterations. Able to work as part of a team. Good listener. Flexible.

4.       Key Skills: interest in fashion and trends. Ability to interpret a designer’s drawings. Good numeric skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to asses first samples. An eye for detail, shape and proportion. Technical drawing skills.

5.       Personality/ Motivation – Committed and hard working. Ability to work on own initiative. Team member. Enthusiastic. Self motivated and disciplined. Adaptable. Able to follow instruction.

6.       Circumstances – Ability to either relocate or travel to the headquarters ( Urziceni).
