Sewing technology mechanic in Germany

CANDIDATUL IDEAL: The Topp Textile Group develops and produces special tapes for the fashion-, home textile as well as the technical industry. At the production plants in Germany, Italy and Rumania are working 130 employees. For our plant in Germany, Durach near Kempten, we are looking for an: Sewing machine mechanic or precision mechanic with main focus sewing machine in full time: To be able to take over these tasks professionally, the following knowledge/characteristics are essential: -Education as sewing machine mechanic or precision mechanic -Further education as master or technician/engineer -A structured, analytic and result-oriented mode of operation -You should be proactive, creative and have a sense of responsibility -Experience in personnel management would be preferable -Ability to work in team A good working knowledge of the English language is an indispensable requirement, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: After a well-founded training period you will take over the following tasks: -Work out of technical solutions concerning all incoming problems during the production processes. -Technical improvement of the existent modern production lines. -Leading and collaboration with the internal mechanics -Repairing and maintenance of the whole machinery, including automated machinery -Substitute of the production management We offer an adequate salary as well as extended benefits as Christmas allowance, vacation allowance and payment of bonus.
