CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Skills: Technical background in textile field, garment manufacturing, preferably in ladieswear sector. Ability to make or, at least, read a pattern Good understanding of quality level for different customers Prior experience in quality controlling – mandatory Availability to travel – Bucharest and around Good command in both English and Romanian Computer literate

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Responsibilities: Dealing with production – preproduction samples Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples Supervising the production flow Perform in - line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor. Perform inline inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in finishing department. Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production. Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer QA. Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process.
