Minimum Qualifications

• 5 ‐ 7 years of industrial facilities management, engineering or related experience such as project management
• 2‐4 years of supervisory experience
• 2-4 years of working with security/environmental regulations
• Management skills to lead and continuous develop the team.

Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, assigns, directs, and reviews the work of employees engaged in the operation and maintenance of all utilities for Medias like Steam, compressed air, fresh water, wastewater treatment, whole power supply and distribution, HVAC, all building installations.
Complete management of buildings facilities and roads.
Responsible for continuous cost reporting.
Work on a permanent permission management in cooperation with the EHS Manager.
Implements, directs and enforces plant safety and risk management programs

Performs and participates in safety, environmental, and quality audits and investigations and is involved in implementation of related corrective actions.
Coordinating all on-site building operations, security activities and IT activities.
Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures
Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
Assess, test and select new security products and technologies
Identifies employee development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs to ensure that dedicated maintenance personnel attain and retain the skills and technical information necessary to maintain and support equipment for long term optimal performance.
Administer department budgets and staff schedules
Work to complete Department and Company’s goals and objectives.
