Due to the fast expansion of our company and the development of the technical department, we hire: management engineer for textile confection
- Organizes and leads the production process;
- Organizes each job, distributes the works on work teams or teams;
- Supervises the execution of operations throughout the works in order to ensure the qualitative parameters provided in the technical documentation;
- Responsible for fulfilling the work tasks on each production line and operative reporting of the stage of realization of the production program;
- Times the times necessary to execute the production process;
- Analyzes the degree of fulfillment of the planned production;
- Organizes production lines on efficiency principles calculate every operators efficiency
- good English speaking, will attend best practice meetings

- Need 3-5 years experience in textile confection time management and balance of production lines
- Textile University and computer friendly
