Candidatul Ideal

Our Fashion Stylist is responsible for the on-model, mannequin and still life styling of e-commerce photo shoots for the Explorado shop in our Studio in Chitila - Buftea. Additionally, the Stylist assists the Content Delivery Manager with production management, planning and reporting. As part of our photography production team, he/she will ensure that all styling is consistent with the Explorado style guide/s and that production/productivity targets are met.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous E-commerce studio or photo/video studio experience (ideally 1-2 years in a fast-paced commercial studio environment);
• Use a range of product styling techniques to prepare, position and present products on the photography set;
• Responsible for keeping merchandise organized and dressing models or mannequins in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet daily and weekly productivity goals;
• Demonstrate proper techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages;
• A strong awareness of contemporary trends in photography and fashion, including competitors’ sites, with an eye for visual aesthetics and style;
• A collaborative approach to accomplishing deadlines, meeting goals, and maintaining production efficiencies;
• Assist the content team, merchandisers, and buyers’ brand vision, assuring the highest styling and image quality;
• Understanding of the needs of the business from both a creative and production perspective.
