Candidatul IdealSprint Textile Decorations is searching for a new colleague in Customer Service Department. This new colleague will have both customer service and marketing responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in Customer Service preferred, but beginners are accepted too;
- Experience and marketing Knowledge are an advantage;
- Advanced German language;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Organization/Time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills (email, phone);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel mainly);
- Proactive person.
- Orientation towards team work but also the ability to work individually, under minimal supervision.
Descrierea jobuluiRESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain relationships with customers (phone, email);Complete database of customers with complete identification data, contacts, telephone, e-mail;
- Process orders and requests for offers;
- Communicate and facilitate the distribution of relevant information in all company departments;
- Generate, process and complete specific reports;
- Interact by phone / e-mail with clients for identifying problems and finding appropriate solutions;
- Prepares bills and give it at Accounting Department;
- Send direct information about : complaints and / or claims of any nature on the relationship between customer and organization (non-receipt of goods ordered, receiving partial or wrong, change of address, non-receipt of invoices, payments double or incorrect, returns / Returns / referral back, product and services quality, inquiries and suggestions from customers, etc.);
- Have contact with companies, specifically in the printing/decoration industry.
