Descrierea postului:

- Responsible to optimize the production process and achieve better overall equipment efficiency
- Responsible with following and updating the process documentation
- Responsible for process flow instruments
- Organizing and participating to workshops and projects related to process area (building operational efficiency, time norms optimization, material and operation flows in production)
- Driving to continuous improvement for headcount optimization, scrap reduction, silicone usage ratio
- Providing costs / budget figures for project planning
- Establishing/monitoring/adjusting process parameters
- Ensuring the collaboration, communication with the external design authority
- Leading problem solving activities
- APQP activities

Cerinte:

- University degree (Industrial Chemistry Engineering or Textile Engineering preferred)
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position in silicone coating or dye industries
- PFMEA, Process Flow, Quality Methods knowledge
- Team player with the ability to work in cross functional teams
- Target focused, responsible and able to work with tight deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and effective communication skills
- Open minded, problem solving oriented, flexible
- Fast learner
- Fluency in English
