LEAN Manufacturing Manager - Curtici

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:  Level of study: Graduate in engineering Work experience : 3-10 years in manufacturing, out of wich 2 years in LEAN; Competencies : - Fluent French and/or English (advantage); - Microsoft Office; Knowledge of: - Industrialization (layout design and implementation, time study, process flow analysis, ergonomics). Contacts and relationship : - Interfaces with executive management, operation management, shop floor operators to coordinate and perform tasks; Skils : - simple; - good sense of observation; - methodical and rigorous; - excellent communication skills at all levels; - adaptable; - team worker; - project management; - dynamic; - exercise initiative; - cost oriented; - speaks with data.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:  Principal activities : - Lead process improvement teams during LEAN Workshop; - Training the participans to rigorously apply Lean tools, methods, systems, culture; - Facilitate, help surpassing the difficulties encountered by the pilots, animators, manager and personnel; - Communicate the realization, follow up the implementation of the LEAN activities. Reports to : - Plant Manager
