CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Graduate of the Textile University
- Work-experience in garment manufacturing at least 5 years
- Leadership-experience at least 3 years
- Technical knowledge of the production process
- Fluency in English
- Credible person, with strong commitment to employer and reaching of goals, performance oriented, able to work under pressure
- Very good communication, organizing and leadership skills; a responsible, decision making person with analytical and synthetic thinking, able to work in team
- PC user experience (MS Office)
- B Driving license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organizing and coordinating of the production process:
- production planning, control and assuring realization of the defined tasks
- follow up of planning, terms of delivery and meeting the high quality requirements
- Tasks and responsibilities regarding the employees: collaboration with the engineering team and coordinating work activities of subordinates;
- Supporting plant budgeting process, investment needs;
- Process development, optimizations, productivity increase.
