CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Candidate profile: - Education: Technical University (preferred chemical education) - Knowledge on operating foaming machine and on chemical components used in production process - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in implementing new projects - Good English level (intermediate) - Analitycal skills - Organizational skills - Ability to make decisions, to work in team - Good stress management - Knowledge of work safety, ISO/TS, 7 Quality Rules, 5S.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Responsabilities: - Preparing and verifying the technical parameters in the prototype phase necessary to start production in the area UAP Foaming - Supervising the foaming process (selecting parameters, controlling the chemical process: temperature, pressure, injection time, components flow in the machine) in the prototype phase – before SOP (Start of Production) - Preparing and up-dating the technological documentation regarding the chemical foaming process and submitting it to the manufacturing department (forms, instructions) in order to start production - Keeping the documentation regarding the technological parameters (technological cards, test information) in the prototype phase – before SOP - Cooperation with suppliers of chemical substances and equipment - Analyzing the technological foaming processes and making the cause and effect analyses - Cooperation with the manufacturing department and other process engineers in order to modify the products and to solve the technological problems - Modifying the process/product within foaming - Solving problems according to schedule and budget - Continuous process improving, for example with respect to process capacity and capability – including layout reorganization - Training participating and preparing for foaming area employees - Preparing solutions allowing to achieve the best possible cycle time and the TRS.
