RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Job description - contributes to achieving of quality goals and gradual fulfillment of Johnson Controls quality policy - participates in evaluation of employees regarding zero mistake process - ensures data collection for evaluation of quality level in the area of responsibility - analyzes information regarding quality and process reliability - acts as a contact person for customers - analyzes information regarding customer complaints - proposes and coordinates programs for corrective and preventive actions according to Johnson Controls policies - participates in control of prescriptive documentation for inspection of products and manufacturing batches, such as: control plans, quality plans, FMEA process, archiving - coordinates activities in the area of responsibility at production adoption, implementing of changes and deviations - inspects adherence to metrological instructions in the area of responsibility - participates in implementing of statistical methods - participates in continuous improvement process - develops monthly quality report - implements his/ her tasks in accordance with JC specific documentation - adheres to instructions of his/ her superior - manages activities of his/ her inferiors Offer (bonuses , benefits) - motivating salary - the 13-th salary - meal tickets - training - periodical trips abroad - professional work environment - free transportation from Ploiesti
