The candidat with minimum 10 years experience in the industry, should have a confirmed experience of 5 years as floor manager in the garment industry, ideally in a men’s jacket line.

2 Productions Managers
In order to reinforce the actual managing team following a recently increasing capacity.
The candidat should be 35-50 years, with minimum 10 years experience in the industry, should have a confirmed experience of 5 years as floor manager in the garment industry, ideally in a men’s jacket line.
As a Production manager you will be in charge of:
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the entire production process starting with the materials reception up to the delivery of the finished product.
- Guarantying the level of quality demanded by the client while assuring the established delivery dates.
- Achieving the targeted productivity and the general cost
budget for the production.
- Establishing new strategies in order to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Managing all the collaborators that interfere in the production process.
- Hiring, teaching and motivating your staff.
