- University degree
- Experience on a similar position
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Standards ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949
- Knowledge of problem solving methods (8D, 5Why, etc.) - mandatory
- Knowledge of VDA Standard – an advantage
- Ability to see the Big Picture
- Flexible thinking
- Maintain and develop the Quality System to ensure adherence to Quality Standards and Quality Policy
- Maintain, develop and execute the Internal Audit Plan
- Create and follow-up action plans and internal system and process audits
- Lead preventive and corrective action plans to improve the Quality Management System
- Coordinate external audits – Customer and Certification Body
