- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Weaving Arts or Dyeing
- 3 Years’ experience as Engineer in production or Development in a Textile
- Development and Project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- encompasses the quality, technical, engineering, support operations management related to Webbing, Weaving, Dyeing and Laboratory
- includes the coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners
- design quality initiatives with both suppliers and operations
- support new product development and lead implementation of all textile initiatives while working in coordination with product business managers and operations
- drive continuous improvement in existing operations to optimize textile usage, quality and cost
Must be willing to travel international and follow training and education.
Your Profile
Key Qualifications in:
- Materials: Fabrics - woven, polymers, PET, Dyestuff and chemicals
- Manufacturing: Weaving, Dyeing, Problem-solving, manufacturing solutions
- Surface Finishing: Painting and coating
- Design: Webbing and Product Design exposure/ experience
- Quality: Metrology, QA systems, Data analysis, Materials testing, PFMEA / Control Plan, 8D, Ishikawa and statistical methods. QS9000 / TS16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Work in international teams on innovative products
