Trainee Knitwear Technician - Alfreton, Derbyshire (UK)

Learn new skills and start your career in Knitwear Technology. We have an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded individual, who understands IT, to join our expanding Knitwear Department in this new and promising role.

This role would suit someone who is a capable problem solver, with an aptitude for computing. Equally important are good communication skills, initiative and a willingness to learn. Motivated and hard-working, ideally you will have experience working in computing and/or mechanical engineering. Full and intensive training will be provided to become a fully qualified knitwear technician, including travel to Japan to learn the very latest technology. Learn about knitwear machinery, yarn construction, software programming and premium quality knitwear production.
