We are searching for our plant in Cisnadie, Sibiu county, for a passionate and detail-oriented technical designer to join our style team. In this role, you will examine sketches and analyze design ideas to evaluate their feasibility, collaborate with designers and manufacturers and use your skill and expert eye to ensure that the best products are produced.

Profile

• Graduate of Textile University
• Proactive self-starter who can operate autonomously when requested
• 5+ years’ experience
• Knowledge and experience with pattern making.
• The ability to justify design changes.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to quality

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful feedback in design discussions with an emphasis on the realities of the technical constraints and how they will impact development.
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers and clients to ensure that product specifications are viable.
• Analyze designs and determining required resources and project deadlines.
• Implement design changes and make contingency plans, as necessary.
• Establish quality control standards.
• Ensure all products are high-quality and that they conform to company standards and brand values.
• Evaluate prototypes and inspect finished products to ensure that they are free from defects.
• Work with Technical manager, engineering team, and production to improve tools, methods, task management, etc.
• Document and enforce technical standards for content creators
• Stay current with innovations in specific development technology and production methodologies to innovation to the project
• Provide constant technical support on the tools and engineering for every member of the team
• Debug and implement reliable solutions to difficult issues until production has ended
