Your Profile:

Required: To accomplish this role, you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field
• experience in sewing or technical field
• fluent English language skills
• excellent computer skills; MS Office, AUTOCAD, Outlook
• German language knowledge - is a plus
• good knowledge of technical drawing - is a must
• good knowledge of FMEA, Proces Flow and IATF Standard - is a must

Your challenges:

• involving in projects to implement newly developed processes into the production area
• calculating times for production operations and changes, calculating financial impact for clients
• participating and taking decision in the test phases of the process, evaluating the feasibility of the entire production process, including for components, parts, etc. considering the targets to be achieved
• cooperating maintenance department to fulfill the adjustment requirements of special machines, proposing automation solutions for sewing process
• receiving and inspecting documentation and samples, including management of the sampling and testing, client specification and others
• performing production audits
• initiating process changes and evaluating them, according to the Lear standards
• managing and creating by programming various automated processes – CNC machinery, semi-automatic sewing machines, PTL’s, HMI’s, PLC’s
