Job description

• performing the quality control at the IN / OUT of the manufacturing flow;
• claims management / processing;
• understanding the needs and requirements of the client in order to develop efficient quality control processes;
• launching proposals for continuous improvement;
• periodic reporting of performance indicators to management;
• coordination of the quality team;
• statistical analysis;
• identifying, approaching and proposing solutions and corrective actions;
• documentation of reports, evaluations and corrective actions.
