CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• cunostinte tehnice in domeniul confectiilor, pentru a gestiona produse cu un grad ridicat de calitate, fabricate in Romania pentru firme din U.E.;
• capacitatea de a asimila noi cunostinte, intr-un timp scurt;
• responsabilitate, echilibru şi stăpânire de sine, corectitudine, seriozitate și stabilitate;
• atenție către detalii, gândire tehnică, analitică, organizată;
• cunoasterea limbii italiene sau franceze;
• permis auto; 
• program flexibil si disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara, in cea mai mare parte a timpului; 
• utilizare foarte buna a PC- ului.

RESPONSABILITATI:

• urmareste permanent respectarea standardelor de calitate a produselor; 
• certifica calitativ toate produsele fabricate; 
• identifica deficientele de calitate si tine evidenta abaterilor de la calitate;
• se vor intocmi liste de neconformitati la orice neindeplinire a standardelor de calitate; 
• întocmeşte rapoarte de calitate şi documente de control;
• intocmeste la termenele stabilite, informarile, rapoartele si situatiile solicitate.

Controlul de calitate se va efectua in cadrul laboratoarelor de produtie din tara.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Textile University degree 
• Experience – at least 2 years of pattern making, gradation and marker making experience in clothing
• Experience in working with Gerber software
• Good spoken and written English and / or French
• Meticulous attention to details, especially when following design specifications
• Ability to liaise with other departments, Quick learner, Creative when producing patterns from sketches.

• Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Garment construction / garment engineering : proven knowledge and experience

• Verifica daca designul este functional pentru materialul trimis si creaza tiparul in conformitate cu acesta
• Face incercari pentru a se asigura ca tiparul va produce o mostra corecta din punct de vedere tehnic si esthetic
• Se asigura ca produsul oferit clientului este potrivit pentru productie de masa.
• Completeaza toata documentatia care trebuie sa insoteasca tiparul

• Constructor de tipare cu cel putin 4 ani experienta in confectii de dama
• Experienta in lucrul cu materiale diverse stabile sau elastice, de la produse simple de zi, pana la crearea de produse de ocazie.
• Aptitudinea de a-si proritiza volumul de munca astfel incat sa atinga termenele limita
• Rezistenta la lucrul sub presiune intr-o sectie de creatie.
• Membru al echipei cu capacitate de ralationare
• Atentie la detalii si acuratete.
