Descrierea jobului:

- Prepares and updates the schedule agenda for the Plant Manager / Management Team;
- Transmits in due time all the information to the Plant Manager and to the other management representatives;
- Provides the activity of translation and writing official and non-official documents;
- Collaborates with public institutions / service suppliers, etc;
- Makes travel and transportation arrangements for foreign or others delegates;
- Monitors and distributes mail correspondence to other departments;
- Establishes and updates the weekly database of visitors;
- Checks and analyzes the orders sent to the suppliers;
- Ensures that the suppliers respect the delivery date;
- Prepares various reports and presentations requested by the Management.
