Candidatul ideal:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field;
• English language fluency;
• MS-Office package;
• AutoCAD;
• General knowledge of tolerance (GD&T) and basic blueprint reading;
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes;
• Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Descrierea jobului:

• Assists ME in designing production equipment/stations related to equipment construction, mistake proofing;
• Provides tools and assistance to retrieve and analyze stored manufacturing data;
• Is the interface and works with ME, production, quality, suppliers and maintenance functions in a team-oriented environment to provide technical support for the process;
• Realizes 2D drawing for new sewing frames, mechanical parts, and auxiliary equipment;
• Defines and implements new mechanical standards for production equipment, according to production needs;
• Implements and maintains CE mark on new created equipment;
• Prepares and updates machine documentation;
• Assists in equipment build up - Electrical and Pneumatic systems, wiring and corresponding schemes;
• Fulfills his activity according to the TRW documentation requirements;
• Takes special actions or follows-up their achievements, depending on the requirements and on the indications given by the direct superior;
• Assists in preparation, creation and administration of key manufacturing documents;
• Respects the work safety regulations;
• Respects the 5S principles;
• Respects the HS&E policy implemented by the company.
