Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Textile University degree
- Experience – at least 5 years of pattern cutter experience in clothing, with both woven and non woven garments.
- Good spoken and written English and / or French
- Competent experience of working with Design and Technical terms. Experience in working with CAD in Gerber/ Lectra / Gemini or similar, Gerber knowledges are a must.
- Highly methodical and accurate, Highly organized with good prioritization skills to set deadlines. Excellent problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to details, especially when following design specifications
- Ability to liaise with other departments, Quick learner, Creative when producing patterns from sketches. Able to make accurate notes relating to pattern alterations.
- Able to work as part of a team. Good listener. Flexible.-
- Key Skills: Good numeric skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to asses first samples. An eye for detail, shape and proportion. Technical drawing skills.

- coordinates activities in the area of responsibility at pre-production adoption, implementing of changes and deviations
