CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

* Good understanding of the design process involved within the fashion environment, understand apparel, fashion consumers
* Solid understanding of garment details
* Solid knowledge of development process and have strong teamwork abilities
* Great communication skills, the role works closely with suppliers and the in house team

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

* Manage development process from design to production
* Manages the complete process of bringing the new product to the market
* Creating new products for customers or assist customer designers in developing new products
* Technical knowledge of sourcing, fabrics, trimmings, finishing and manufacturing of apparel
* Working with high quality products and analyze cost
* Developing product specifications
* Manage and run fit sessions (additionally)
* Set and maintain quality standards
