Customer Quality Engineer - Iasi

Main responsibilities:
  • Keep contact with customers
  • Manage customers complaints
  • Manage Quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP) for new projects
  • Manage 8D report process
  • Track corrective and preventive actions written in the 8D reports in the plant
  • Manage containment actions following customers claims.
  • Visiting customers

Requirements:
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • University degree(Technical)
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in similar position
  • Understaning of ISO9001 Quality standard
  • Understaning of ISO/TS16949 Automotive Quality standard
  • Understanding of QS9000 and VDA automotive standards
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan
  • Knowledge of VDA6.3 and VDA2 Knowledge of problem solving methodologies (8D, 5Why etc)
